WIDOWS’ AND CHILDREN’S PENSIONS (APPLICATION TO TEACHERS) ORDER, 1971

1.	This Order may be cited as the Widow’s and Children’s Pensions (Application to Teachers) Order, 1971.

2.	The Act shall apply to every male teacher referred to in paragraphs (c) and (d) of subsection (1) of section 3 of the Act who, on or after the 1st May, 1971, is in the employ of the Teachers Service Commission.
